自己株式取得に係る事項の決定に関するお知らせ / Notice Regarding Purchase of Treasury Stock

当社は、2023年６月13日開催の取締役会において、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づき、自己株式取得に係る事項について決議いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

取得に係る事項の内容
１　取得対象株式の種類　　　　　当社普通株式
２　取得し得る株式の総数　　　　500,000株（上限）
　　　　　 （発行済み株式総数（自己株式を除く）に対する割合　2.16％）
３　株式の取得価額の総額　　　　1,500,000,000円（上限）
４　取得期間　　 2023年６月14日から2023年12月31日まで
５　取得方法　　 東京証券取引所における市場買付け

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) hereby announces that at its Board of Directors meeting held on June 13, 2023, the Company approved the purchase of its treasury stock in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same Act.

Details of the Purchase of Treasury Stock
１ Type of shares to be purchased : Common stock of the company
２ Number of shares to be purchased : 500,000 shares (maximum)
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　(2.16% of total number of shares issued, excluding treasury stock)
(3) Total purchase price : 1,500,000,000 yen (maximum)
(4) Purchase period : June 13, 2023 to December 31,2023 (Japan Standard Time)
(5) Method of purchase : Market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
