株主優待制度の変更に関するお知らせ / Notice of Change in the Shareholder Benefit Plan

当社は、毎年３月31日現在及び９月30日現在の株主名簿に記載又は記録された100株以上を所有する株主様を対象に株主優待制度を実施しております。
先般、2024年４月１日を効力発生日として、当社普通株式１株につき４株の割合をもって分割する株式分割を実施いたしましたが、これを機に、当社グループの事業に対するご理解を一層深めていただき、引き続きより多くの株主様に当社株式を保有していただくことを目的として、2024年９月30日以降を基準日として実施する株主優待制度について、現行の株主優待制度の内容を見直すものであります。なお、株主優待の内容見直しにあたっては、株式分割によって新たに単元株主となった100株以上400株未満の株主様に対する贈呈内容も新設いたしました。

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) offers a Shareholder Benefit Plan for shareholders who hold at least 100 shares and are listed or recorded in the shareholder register on March 31 and September 30 each year. The Company recently implemented a four-for-one stock split of its common shares, with an effective date of April 1, 2024. Taking this opportunity, the Company will review the content of the current shareholder benefit plan for the shareholder benefits to be offered to shareholders with a record date of September 30, 2024 or later, in order to further deepen understanding of the Group’s business and to encourage more shareholders to continue to hold the Company’s shares. In reviewing the content of the Shareholder Benefit Plan, the Company has established a new category for gifts to shareholders holding 100 to 399 shares as a result of the recent stock split.
