当社は、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づく自己株式の取得につきまして、下記のとおり実施いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

　２　取得株式の総数　　　　 318,400株
　３　取得価額の総額　　 305,883,992円
　４　取得期間 2025年２月５日から2025年２月28日まで（約定ベース）
　５　取得方法 東京証券取引所における市場買付

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) hereby announces that it has repurchased its own shares under the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same.

2. Total number of shares purchased: 318,400 shares
3. Total purchase price: 305,883,992 yen
4. Purchase period: From February 5, 2025 to February 28, 2025
