当社は、2023年６月13日開催の取締役会において決議いたしました、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づく自己株式の取得につきまして、下記のとおり実施いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

取得期間 2023年７月１日から2023年７月31日まで
取得株式の総数 271,200株
取得価額の総額 992,974,490円

Axial Retailing Inc. hereby announces that it has repurchased its own shares under the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same.

Purchase period : July 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023 (Japan Standard Time , Trade Basis)
Total number of shares purchased : 271,200 shares
Total purchase price : 992,974,490 yen
