当社は、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づく自己株式の取得につきまして、下記のとおり実施いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
なお、これをもちまして、2023年６月13日開催の取締役会決議に基づく自己株式の取得を終了いたしましたので、併せてお知らせいたします。

取得期間 2023年８月１日から2023年８月２日まで
取得株式の総数 34,400株
取得価額の総額 135,015,999円

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) hereby announces that it has repurchased its own shares under the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same.
This completes the purchase of the Company’s shares in accordance with the resolution made at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on June 13, 2023.

Purchase period : August 1, 2023 to August 2, 2023 (Japan Standard Time , Trade Basis)
Total number of shares purchased : 34,400 shares
Total purchase price : 135,015,999 yen
