当社株式を長期的にご保有いただく株主の皆様への還元姿勢を一層明確とするために、配当方針を見直すことといたしたものです。
（変更後の内容）
　１株当たり年間配当額の決定におきましては、長期的に安定して当社株式を保有していただくため、連結１株当たり当期純利益の概ね30％程度を目安として、2027年３月期以降５年間は累進配当の考え方に基づき「前期の水準（記念配当などを除く）に対して維持又は増配」を原則といたします。

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has decided to revise its dividend policy to further clarify its commitment to returning profits to its long-term shareholders.

(Revised Policy for the annual dividend per share)
To encourage long-term, stable shareholding, the Company determines the annual dividend per share based on a target payout ratio of approximately 30% of consolidated net income per share. For the five-year period beginning with the fiscal year ending March 2027, the Company will adopt a progressive dividend policy under which, as a rule, the dividend per share will be either maintained at or increased from the previous fiscal year’s level (excluding commemorative dividends).
