自己株式の取得状況および取得終了に関するお知らせ / Notice Regarding the Status and Completion of Purchase of Treasury Stock

当社は、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づく自己株式の取得につきまして、下記のとおり実施いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
なお、これをもちまして、2026年５月26日開催の取締役会決議に基づく自己株式の取得を終了いたしましたので、併せてお知らせいたします。

１　取得の内容
（１）取得した株式の種類　　当社普通株式
（２）取得株式の総数　　　　307,900株
（３）取得価額の総額　　　　370,785,695円
（４）取得期間 2026年８月１日から2026年８月13日まで（約定ベース）
（５）取得方法 東京証券取引所における市場買付

２　上記取締役会決議に基づき取得した自己株式の累計（2026年８月13日現在、約定ベース）
（１）取得株式の総数　　　　1,745,700株
（２）取得価額の総額　　　　1,999,984,578円

Axial Retailing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) hereby announces that it has repurchased its own shares under the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same.
This completes the purchase of the Company’s shares in accordance with the resolution made at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on May 26, 2026.

1. Details of the Purchase
1.1. Type of shares purchased: Common stock of the company
1.2. Total number of shares purchased: 307,900 shares
1.3. Total purchase price: 370,785,695 yen
1.4. Purchase period: From August 1, 2026 to August 13, 2026 (Japan Standard Time , Trade Basis)
1.5. Method of purchase: Market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange

2. Reference : Total number of treasury stock purchased in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors mentioned above. (As of August 13, 2026, Trade Basis)
2.1. Number of shares purchased: 1,745,700 shares
2.2. Total purchase price: 1,999,984,578 yen
